PPSU (Polyphenylsulfone) resin is an amorphous thermoplastic specialty engineering plastic. It possesses excellent impact resistance, chemical stability, and hydrolysis resistance. Products made from it can withstand repeated steam sterilization, can be used continuously at temperatures up to 180°C, and can endure short-term use at temperatures up to 210°C. It is stable against acids, alkalis, salt solutions, and fuels. Additionally, it features high strength, high hardness, creep resistance, and self-extinguishing properties.
