PSU is a slightly amber-colored amorphous transparent or semi-transparent polymer with excellent mechanical properties, high rigidity, wear resistance, and high strength. A key advantage is its ability to maintain outstanding mechanical performance even at elevated temperatures, with a working range of -100°C to 150°C. Its long-term use temperature is 160°C, and it can withstand short-term use up to 190°C. It has high thermal stability, hydrolysis resistance, good dimensional stability, low molding shrinkage, is non-toxic, radiation-resistant, flame-retardant, and self-extinguishing. PSU also exhibits excellent electrical properties across a wide range of temperatures and frequencies.
